OTOL Terms & Conditions of Sale.

By placing an order with OTOL CO., Customer agrees to be legally bound to the fullest extent permitted by law to all of the following Terms and Conditions. 

Orders Inquiry:

Order Confirmation:

All order confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of Proforma Invoice to your order under title "GUANGZHOU OTOL IMPORT&EXPORT COMPANY". Please ensure you have provided a valid email address to receive order confirmations.

Payment:

A valid bank information will be pointed out inside the PI, please check carefully while making payment, and kindly warn that we do not change our bank account without any formal paper notification with stamp through email or telephone. DO NOT TRUST any email that directly notice you we change our bank account and ask you to make payment. Double confirmation with us is needed through any social media or telephone if really this problem exist before you making payment. 

TT we used for payment, and L/C at sight for some specific countries like Ethiopia.

 

Production:

Usually 30-40 days needed for our products' production. Sales man will notice you the ready time while making order confirmation with you. And the time would be calculated since the deposit amount received in our account. Any specific issues happened, making delay to your order ready time, will notice you in advance.

 

After Sales:

If any problems after you receive your cargo, please kindly take pictures or videos to the issue event and kindly return to our sales, they will give response to you within 24 hours and offer you the best solution. We will take responsibility to any problems against production defects.
